About Robert

Bob has two decades of experience in both residential and commercial real estate in the greater Des Moines area, and specializes in historic and interesting properties. He has served homebuyers and owners in Sherman Hill, Waterbury, South of Grand, Beaverdale and the western suburbs, in addition to many of the smaller communities in Iowa.

Bob is proud to call Des Moines home, and is a 4th generation Des Moines Craven. Bob's extended family has called Iowa home for well over a century, some hailing from Dunlap, and others Kellogg- but all eventually landed in Des Moines.

Bob is honored to serve the community through weekly volunteer work, and is the current Vice President of Des Moines Historical Society. Bob is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, takes great interest in local history, and collects vintage cars. If you ask him about automotive history, he may never stop talking...
